So you’ve had an anxious week. In fact, it just doesn’t seem to be going away. And you think you’re going crazy. You’re pretty sure you’re going backwards again. You’re going to spiral.
But no. You’re anxious because you have had things this week that would make any person anxious. You are anxious because it is part of life. You are not spiralling anywhere, only maybe, you are. Maybe you are swirling around to the realisation that IT’S NORMAL to get anxious sometimes. It just is. Everybody does. Not everybody has the same reactions as you, be it they may not feel breathless and jittery or any number of other unpleasant symptoms.
